Berkeley Eye Center, A vision care leader for over 60 years is coming to Bay City! We are excited about this opportunity and looking for experienced staff to insure excellent vision care and customer service for our Bay City patients.
Our current openings include the need for an experienced Optician/Frame stylist.
Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years experience assisting patients with optical wear needs including frame styling, lens selection and minor repairs to glasses. ABOC is preferred but not required for employment provided candidate is willing to become certified within the first year of employment. Contacts Lens I & R experience helpful.
No lab work is required for this position.
Besides in-depth knowledge of lens and frames we expect our opticians to be professional (both in appearance and service), friendly, reliable and honest.
The Bay City office scheduled will be Monday through Friday. From time to time employees may be asked to cover locations in the general area. Travel will be required during the brief training period.
