SM Miller Enterprises has Immediate Openings and is hiring experienced class-A Commercial Truck Drivers to fill linehaul OTR driving positions in the FedEx Ground system based out of Dallas Texas. We are looking for full-time, Permanent Employees to join our company, a Contracted Service Provider. If you’re a top driver that values safety and quality above all, apply! Driver Benefits:
NO SALARY HERE! Performance-based pay means you earn a good wage for the work that You perform! No Team 50/50 split. The more you work, the more you earn! Team drivers average over 5000 miles per week!
Assigned a top-of-the-Line Volvo tractor equipped with In-Motion DVR DirecTV and SiriusXM Radio PAID FOR BY THE COMPANY!
Runs are unassigned (wild) and based on the needs of FedEx Ground, with typical single and multi-week trips common.
Loads are drop and hook with no touch freight!

Qualifications:
All drivers must meet the minimum to qualify:
Valid Class-A Commercial Driver License with doubles/triples endorsement Required.
2 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 5 years
Doubles/Triples Endorsement is Required, but experience is not needed, we will train you.
Snow / Ice / Chain experience a big plus!
Clean driving record and no felony background. No Accidents, No Tickets, No Excuses!
Must be able to pass a thorough FedEx Ground pre-employment background check and drug screen!
Driving Teams-Both drivers must qualify individually.
