We are a Texas Commercial Property Inspection firm looking to hire a licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector for subcontracting opportunity in San Antonio area.
Preferred candidate will possess:
Commercial construction or building maintenance experience
Ability to think outside the TREC regulations box. TREC does not regulate commercial inspections
Professional appearance, professional personality and professional looking truck
Ability to write concise, narrative reports, and be proficient with computers (Homegauge software a plus)
Ability to take direction and training to follow our guidelines
Be willing to travel outside San Antonio metro area
FYI: Our scope of work and report template is 50% faster and less stressful than TREC residential reports. We do not report loose door knobs or drippy faucets. We only report on major systems.
Pay:
Our firm pays $85-$150 per hour, depending on type, condition, distance and age of building. For example; a single story, 5K square foot, flat roof, good condition office building takes 3 hours average total for drive time, site inspection and report writing with our report template, therefore, pays $300 - $350. Paycheck delivered via mail within 5 days after you upload report.
