We are seeking a Bilingual admin assistant/customer service position. An ideal candidate will need to have below skills. At least 2years office experience with no breaks in between.Must be able to pass a drug test and background check. This position is in an educational setting with room for advancement as we are a growing institution.

Daily tasks will include but not limited to the following depending on business needs.
+ Answer incoming phone calls and route to the proper point of contact
+ Contact customers via phone and email.
+ Lookup customer data & help answer questions/concerns.
+ Mail out invoices, drop off packages at the post office
+ Perform day to day office tasks.
+ Prepare invoices and email them to clients.
+ Data entry new client files into our system, prepare folders and file documents.
+ Coordinate & Schedule Clients
