Front Desk Associate- Night Shift/Auditor - Hotel
Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.
Effectively deals with guest requests and concerns.
Responsible for cash drawer contents and transactions during shift.
Answers and routes phone calls as appropriate, quotes rate, and makes reservations.
Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services, reservations, and travel directions.
Set up hotels breakfast. Back-up the breakfast attendant as needed.
Ensures common areas/lobby are clean.
Must be flexible to work sometimes weekends and holidays
Shift from 11 PM to 7 AM
Previos experience is a plus but not required
Other duties as assigned.
