VetsEZ is seeking a Configuration Analyst to join our remote team and support our customer, the Department of Veterans Affairs. As a Configuration Analyst, they will support the configuration of the Medallia platform and help ensure quality and consistency of delivery. Additionally, they may support quality assurance (QA) testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to help validate that each program has achieved its design specifications. This project supports the development of a department-wide enterprise measurement strategy and the underlying functions to implement it, including capability lifecycle management, configuration, enhancement, data management, and O&M.
