Responsibilities: • You will perform E2E advanced troubleshooting• You will support activities related to construction and site integration• You will support advanced troubleshooting of Integration issues for 3G/4G and 5G Technologies• You will perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) when required• You will work to identify and drive continuous improvements related to process and / or tools• Document solutions to newly identified issues• Coordinate activities with various Ericsson departments, divisions and companies

Key Qualifications: • Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in Engineering (IT, Telecom)• Min 5-10 years of experience:• A very good understanding of RAN functionality and radio configurations• Understanding of the Integration and Construction process• Experience working with Ericsson OSS (ENM)• Ability to resolve basic RF issues related to site integration• Ability to resolve transport related issues• Familiarity with Ericsson Radio Equipment• Familiarity with Managed Object (MO) scripts• Analytical learning and researching skills• Delivering results & meeting customer expectations• You will need excellent planning and organizing skills• Presentation and communication skills• Experience working in Service Delivery Roles

Additional Requirements: • Familiarity with Ericsson Performance Portal (EPP) a plus• RF Engineering experience a plus (Traffic degradation, VSWR, RSSI issues)• Multi-vendor experience a plus
