PRIMARY DUTIES:
Corrective and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of various brands of boilers, heating, ventilation, ducting and air conditioning systems;
Upgrade and install various brands of boilers, heating, ventilation, ducting and air conditioning systems;
Installation and maintenance of various brands and sizes of chillers from 40 to 150 tons;
Ensure the safety and reliability of equipment and systems;
Complete and maintain accurate and detailed paperwork;
Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle; and,
All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma required.
Valid Texas driver's license required.
Required Refrigerant Transition and Recovery certification (Universal).
Minimum 3 years' experience in installation, maintenance and/or repair of HVAC systems.
Speak and write English proficiently.
