The Texas Civil Rights Project (TCRP) seeks a Finance & Operations Associate for its Alamo, Texas office. The Associate will be an integral member of the TCRP team and will support all internal departments in service of the movement for equality and justice for all Texans. TCRP is a growing organization and is looking for a badass teammate to help continue professionalizing our administrative processes.

Overview of Responsibilities
Our Operations Associate will work within the Finance and Operations team to provide support for all programs, staff, and offices. This includes operational duties, facilities, human resources, and basic accounting support, event planning, although responsibilities and priorities will vary as TCRPs needs vary.
Qualifications
Spanish fluency (written and oral)
Excellent writing and communication skills
At least 1-year experience in an office setting
Excellent organizational skills and experience with project management
Strong attention to detail
Ability to juggle multiple projects and constantly prioritize competing tasks
Comfort with a high volume of emails and other modes of communication
Commitment to civil rights and equity and inclusion
Ability to work independently and to take initiative
Ability to travel occasionally within Texas, up to 2 nights/month
Track record of working collaboratively with diverse groups of individuals
Openness to evolving responsibilities
Compensation
Salary will be based on years of experience, with a starting salary rate of $40,000. TCRP also offers excellent benefits, professional development opportunities and a deep commitment to a meaningful work-life balance. Benefits include: employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance, four weeks paid vacation, eight weeks paid family leave (with opportunities to extend leave to 12 weeks in total), a $500 professional development budget annually, and extensive holidays, including a ten-business-day winter break at the end of the year.
