McAllen based manufacturing company looking for an experienced Bookkeeper / Office Assistant. Quickbooks and Excel experience required. Basic duties are generating invoices and BOLs, Accounts Receivable , Accounts Payable, printing shipping labels, answering phones, filing, answering emails and general office clerk duties.
