Each day is a new opportunity to brighten a child’s future by providing essential therapy services, tracking their progress, and collaborating with your PT supervisor to ensure the best possible care. If you love working independently, cherish home-based care, and enjoy variety in your day-to-day work, this role is for you! What Your Day Will Look Like: Set your own schedule! Start your day by connecting with patients and their families to arrange therapy sessions. Provide hands-on care to children following a personalized care plan. Record progress and celebrate milestones as you help kids achieve their goals. Collaborate closely with your PT supervisor to ensure high-quality care every step of the way. Your Schedule & Pay: Flexible from PRN (as needed) to full-time Freedom to create your own schedule $35-$45 per visit Weekly pay Based in Lubbock, TX What Makes You a Great Fit: Current, unrestricted PTA license in Texas At least 1 year of experience preferred (but a heart for helping kids matters most!)
