Cash posting of payment, cash applications
Aging reports, cash receipts, bank deposits
B2B collections
Customer billing reconciliations
Assisting in month-end processes
Dispute resolution and customer inquiries
Working with the Lockbox
Sending invoices and credit memos
Setting up customers and running credit checks
Research chargebacks for customers
