Sushihana Contemporary Japanese Restaurant (San Antonio) is currently seeking a Sushi Chef with the following:
Qualifications:
Must have some experience as a Sushi Chef (willing to train the right candidate)
Must have knife skills
Knowledge of all sushi related products
Ability to work a full-time schedule
The desire to interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner
Passion, humility, and the ability to take direction is a MUST!
Duties:
Prepare, present and inspect all menu items in a timely manner while ensuring quality, portion control, and plate presentation
Must be able multi-task in a fast-pace restaurant
Ensure food safety procedures by adhering to policy and health regulations
Maintain fast accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensure all products are consistent with Sushihana standards.
