We provide Maintenance Service for Apartment communities all over Houston, TX and surrounding areas. We are seeking the best and the brightest for these open positions. We are accepting applications for the following:
LEAD MAINTENANCE TECH (H.V.A.C. CERTIFIED/EPA LICENSE)
ASST MAINTENANCE TECH/TICKET RUNNER (MUST HAVE TOOLS)
MAKE READY/PUNCH-OUT/HANDYMAN (MUST HAVE TOOLS)
PORTER/GROUNDS KEEPER/LABORER
HOUSEKEEPER/JANITORS/CLEANERS
We are looking for THE RIGHT PEOPLE that are excellent communicators, personable, self-disciplined, self-driven, positive, energetic, resourceful, enthusiastic, and possess a strong ethical foundation.
With all positions Bilingual is a plus
Must have a clean criminal background.
Being DEPENDABLE AND RELIABLE is a given.
Must be flexible with driving conditions in the Houston,TX area
With all positions experience is necessary.
