Adara Communities is looking for a hard working and dedicated Groundskeeper/Porter for our Ravello at Tuscan Lakes property in League City, Texas.
Job Requirement:
Maintain the overall cleanliness and presentation of the property including curb appeal and upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings
Trash pick-up: grounds, garages and common areas
Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready
Power wash sidewalks, entry areas, common areas, pool deck, breezeways, etc.
Perform other duties and projects assigned by the Property Manager/Lead Maintenance Supervisor that will enhance the visual presentation of the property
Stable work history is a plus
Apartment Experience is a plus
Must have reliable transportation
