We are looking for energetic and motivated Art Students, and/or recent Art Grads, for a temporary 2-week project in Houston. This position will involve residential on-site work with hand painted finishes and decorative ornament on cabinetry, ceilings and beams, as well as wall coloring.
The ideal candidate will possess creative and organizational skills for working in a fast-paced interior residential setting, as well as self presentation suitable for work in upscale residences.
Company Description:
We are San Diego's most well known and distinguished full service Decorative Painting, Design, and Fine Arts Studio. Located in La Jolla since 1991, we specialize in the design and execution of hand painted European and Old World finishes, in upscale interiors in the San Diego region, and throughout the country.
We do the training, so no experience in this specific field is necessary, although an exposure to some art is a requisite. You must be creative, with a Great Attitude and a willingness to learn.
We will be conducting in-person interviews Sunday October 25.
The project will start at 8:00am, Monday October 26. The project will end on Friday, November 6th.
The residence is located in the Memorial Park area of Houston.
This position pays $17.50/Hour. You will be paid as Contract Labor.
The hours of this 2-week project will be 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Saturday.
There may be another 2-week project at the same residence in early December.
