The Hoggatt Krumwiede Lab for applied visualization in the School of Health Professions currently has an open position for a Research - Graduate Student to explore virtual reality applications for adolescent and young adult (AYA) cancer survivors. The prospective Research - Graduate Student will have the opportunity to contribute to one or more ongoing projects as well as sufficient resources and training opportunities. The Hoggatt Krumwiede Lab has virtual reality resources and collaborative relationships both within and outside MD Anderson. We are committed to the training of the prospective Research - Graduate Student for their future career goals. Applicants with a background in biomedical visualization and communication, 3D animation conceptualization and production, Unity software, and virtual reality applications are especially encouraged to apply.
