We are hiring 25 to 45 Customer Service Representatives to Manage customer questions, and educate customers on
Allergies, asthma, and household dust/odors. To do well in this role you need to be able to speak and listen well.
Customer Service Representatives responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, Empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Acknowledging and resolving customers needs.
knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing order, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customers interactions and transactions.
Communicating and coordinating with managers as necessary.
Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Custmer Service Representative Requirements:
Must be nice and polite to customers at all times.
Must Have church style, nice clothes.
Must own vehicle and have full time use of it.
We will be interviewing Monday and Tuesday, If you're selected for a position you can begin working
this same week.
