Diakon Logistics specializes in providing comprehensive in-home delivery services including expert pre-inspection, preparation and set-up at white glove quality service levels. Customer Service / Clerical Position - Office/Warehouse EnvironmentDuties:
Answers telephone, screens calls, schedules appointments, customer calls.
Heavy customer service.
Organizes office, files and supplies.
Determines priorities and multi-tasks.
Prepares invoices, data entry, and other accounting functions.
Maintains historical records by filing documents.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Skills/Qualifications:Bilingual with Spanish highly preferred, Data Entry Skills, Computer Literate, Customer Service, Dispatching, Thoroughness, Organization, Attention to Detail, Reliable, Decision Making, Great Communicator, Team Player, Results Driven, Looking to Grow.Schedule: The location is open six days a week; closed Sunday. Hours 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM; Saturday required.
