An ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must be able to remain calm when dealing with challenging customers.
Become familiar with company policies, procedures, and manuals.
Ability to organize data and multi-task.Job Description
Answering phone calls for claims and underwriting department.
Assisting customers with any queries regarding their insurance policy.
Taking payments over the phone. Office Hours
Mon - Fri: 9 AM to 7 PM
Sat: 10 AM to 5 PMWalk-In Interviews at:
