Reporting directly to the VP/Director of Health & Wellness, the Benefits Manager will execute on the defined strategy , assist with planning, manage benefits and Leave/ADA Administration, and implementation of other benefit programs and policies in support of OneMain’s comprehensive reward programs that attract, retain and motivate top talent. The Benefits Manager is accountable for health benefit and leave programs covering over 9,000 team members located throughout the US and a small operation in Canada. As a member of the HR team, the Benefits Manager supports a positive team member experience through effective information delivery, empathetic support, resource education and manager support.
