Job Duties:
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for handling our customers highest level of service issues to ensure escalations are resolved in an efficient and timely manner. Agents are responsible for customers safety and experience while on the road.
Requirements
Prior customer service experience preferred
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Excellent communication skills
Professional, articulate voice
Ability to multitask; listening, inputting data, providing solutions, navigating through various screens while applying customer satisfaction techniques
Type 25 words per minute
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, professional attitude
