Catalyst Multifamily is proud to announce that we are currently hiring Bilingual Leasing Agents for the Arlington and Grand Prairie area. We are looking for top notch Candidates to join our growing team.

Job Description

Must have own transportation, marketing is required 3-5 times per week

Mileage is part of your monthly leasing bonuses

Must speak and understand Spanish

Must have thorough knowledge of Fair Housing, Fair Credit Reporting Act, ADA, and other laws that pertain to apartments.

Set up the model and inspect make-ready units on a daily basis.

Conduct grass root and outreach marketing as instructed by Community Director.

Attend company meetings when requested.

Must have knowledge of lease contract, approval process and all necessary paperwork to approve potential residents.

Assist Community Director and Assistant Manager with any daily tasks, as requested.

Secure a high percentage of sale/leasing and meet required quota in leasing goals per month.

Process and complete all required documentation to help maintain resident and property files.

Create a great living experience for all residents and prospects.

Lease apartment home in the community to new prospective residents; maintains a comprehensive working

knowledge of all aspects of leasing units and leasing documents in accordance with Company and Fair Housing guidelines.

Take resident/prospect phone calls and emails.

Conduct touring of the community, and follow up with all sales leads.

Maintain knowledge of the property/community (i.e. floor plans, pricing, etc.) and competitors; accountable for shopping competitive properties to stay abreast of industry trends.

Participate in the propertys resident retention events and activities.

Inspect apartments prior to the residents scheduled move-in date; coordinates all changes regarding resident move-outs.

May be asked to assist at other communities, as needed.

Perform all other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

(Must be Bilingual)

Education /License/Certification :

High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Fair housing training and certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of employment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge of property rental information.

Thorough knowledge of leasing techniques and sales methods.

Excellent customer service skills.

Basic computer knowledge; MS Office Word/Excel/Outlook.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Must be responsible, accountable, mature and have desire to grow and excel

Highest level of honesty, integrity, and ethics.

Ability to stand, climb stairs, and walk property on an as needed basis.

A positive, motivating and team-oriented attitude

Strong communication skills.

Must be able to work in various indoor and outdoor environments based on the tasks that need to be completed.

Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and some holiday hours.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Ability to regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk and hear.

Ability to stand, walk, and sit frequently.
