As one of our Tower Foreman, you will be reporting to: Director of Operations, 5G Services. This position is a part of a team expanding 4G and 5G capabilities within DFW and expanding to other markets around the country.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Participate in physical project activities, primarily the installation and maintenance of telecom hardware and related equipment

Supervise tasks including:

o Tower construction

o Equipment maintenance & upgrades

o Network Integration

o Base station equipment installation and upgrades

Ensure quality and OSHA standards are met

Manage personnel and subcontractors in the field to a high degree of work ethic and professionalism

Review construction documentation and installation methods to ensure proper assembly

Train junior crew members

Ensure proper maintenance of truck and tools

Document project activities

Other duties, as business needs require

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience:

High school/GED strongly preferred and minimum three to five years of related experience and/or training required.

Required Certifications / Proficiency:

Aerial Lift Platform

Competent Tower Climber

Rigging

CPR

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30

Pinebreeze will supplement your experience and training with additional training in safe work practices and Pinebreeze processes.

Required Skills:

General Computer Skills including Microsoft Office and ability to learn 3rd party applications

Proficient in sweep testing, OTDR and PIM testing, including latest testing gear (Anritsu, Kaelus, Fluke, Tektronix, etc.)

Site construction, modification, optimization and maintenance

Antenna adds / swaps

Background:

Must have a clean MVR and no criminal background in last 5 years.

Other:

Conscientious in producing high-quality work and attending to detail.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and meet multiple deadlines.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)

Travel:

Position may require extensive travel (as much as 80-100%) for future work, and last-minute changes are common. Advanced notification of travel can vary from weeks to hours. Current project located in DFW.

Language Ability:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret design plans and documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.

Math Ability:

Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry as needed for project requirements.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
