with us. Technical Agile Analyst – Data Platform Infrastructure Services
is responsible for removing impediments, ensure agile practices are adhered to,
and increasing team cohesion and efficiency of the Middleware platform team
supporting solutions for Toyota North America. What you’ll be doing
Removing impediments
encountered by the Middleware Engineering scrum teams by collaborating with
other technical Subject Matter Experts across the organization to align
dependencies, get commitment on resolution, and track progress so that the
agile team can deliver work efficiently.
Identify opportunities for increased
efficiency, productivity, or quality during delivery by the Middleware
Engineering team and guide the team on how to improve in their products or delivery
methods.
Coach
Middleware Engineering scrum teams on Agile methodologies
Assists the team and Product owner in
ensuring that all work being planned or executed by the team is made visible
and regularly updated on scrum boards.
Be an active participant on the
Middleware Engineering scrum team as a knowledgeable technical resource to
deliver high quality Web and Application platforms to our application
development teams.
Helping establish roadmaps and strategies
for application development teams to consume modern web and application
platform technologies.
Strong written and verbal communication
skills with the ability to create and present concepts and recommendations to
management
Be current on latest industry
developments and trends to help lead the development of system/process
improvements
What you bring
A bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
Experience engineering middleware platforms solutions in complex environments
Experience as a participant or Scrum Master for agile teams supporting technology platforms.
Experience with providing direction to the platform engineering components of an Enterprise Middleware Platform Roadmap
Experience with providing guidance to delivery and operations teams during middleware platform project delivery.
Experience providing end to end support for enterprise middleware platforms including but not limited to the following; WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, and/or IIS
Experience in designing, configuring and maintaining container and automation platforms such as OpenShift, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Cloud Center
Added bonus if you have
Public cloud certification with AWS, Azure or Google
