- Responsible in designing and implementing Data/Voice connectivity solutions
- Ensures deliverables are completed per the desired timeline
- Handles connectivity solutions as required
- Communicates clearly at multiple levels
- Deploys the solution as per the company security standards
- Coordinates implementation of voice and data network design among multiple teams for deployment
- Escalates to the deployment manager to engage right level of resources for troubleshooting
- Provides status reports for the projects being supported as needed
- Act as escalation point to provide the support for the operational issues
- Deploys the data environment as requested by management
- 7 to 10 years experience
- Tier 1 Service Provider environment experience preferred
- Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant field
- Deep Understanding of:
- Juniper Firewalls
- VM Ware
- Palo Alto Firewalls
- Knowledge of Linux scripting languages such as: Python, Perl, or Shell
