Job Description: Identity Management architect with a well-rounded exposure to software development and a broad range of skills is sought to join the team implementing and enhancing our Identity and Access Management portfolio. The desired candidates would have a solid IT architecture, engineering, and business analysis background, preferably with a specialization in both Identity Management and Access Management, with direct experience in RSA IAM capabilities, the Microsoft Active Directory and Azure environments. Major Responsibilities:

  • Architecture and engineering of RSA platform components, user schema, implementation, integration, unit testing and support Identity Access Management infrastructure.
  • Plan and deliver IAM capabilities, create technical specifications, develop and unit and basic integration testing according to specified requirements, and implement CI processes supporting the same.
  • Provide detailed deployment and support documentation around components developed. Maintain documentation relevant to operations (operation manual, installation guide, run books, etc.).
  • Own and resolve solution issues: problem analysis, technical investigation, resolution of support queries, and escalations.
  • Integrate commercial off-the-shelf IAM solutions and custom applications with a Hybrid Cloud environment.
  • Programming/debugging using Python, Java, JavaScript.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience with IAM platforms: SailPoint, Saviynt, Aveksa-RSA IGL distributed environments
  • 5+ years' experience with Privileged Access Management platforms, HR Systems, & Directories
  • A deep understanding in Identity and Access management principals, methodology, and solutions for access control, authentication, authorization, provisioning, certification, and governance processes.
  • Development, implementation, administration of common AWS constructs
  • Understanding of cloud computing and workload transition challenges
  • Ability to think strategically about business, process, and technology challenges
  • Relevant experience in IT security, compliance, risk management, privacy, controls, DevOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD
  • Familiarity with financial industry compliance and security standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to articulate non-technical and technical subjects, and a strong ability to lead through influence
  • Preferred certifications: RSA IGL, AFX, ACM , BRM, SysOps, DevOps, CISSP, CCSK, CCSP
