Responsibilities:
Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning associates and following up on work results.
Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training associates;Achieve job results through the coaching, counseling, and discipline of associates; monitoring, planning, and appraising job results.
Achieve business execution and event/project compliance objectives by prioritizing, and organizing multiple event/project priorities with local managers and Event Specialists.
Accomplish specific client and division goals and objectives through adequate staffing and on-date execution according to specific event manual direction and following food safety guidelines as appropriate.
Develop personalized development plans for each category of associate, successors, contributors, take actions, top/bottom performers specific to each individual’s needs.
Increase retail effectiveness by communicating and reporting all competitive information, consumer complaints, and customer and client concerns in a timely manner to key office personnel.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in Retail Sales Manager or District Manager within the sales and marketing agency industry, or a direct sales company
2-5 years of Supervisory experience
Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision, in order to meet deadlines
Strong understanding and experience managing large remote sales team operations
Ability to direct, lead, coach, and develop people

Administration / Reporting

Monitor and improve overall Associate Engagement Scores
Budget / Expense Control
Control expense / budget by aggressively and proactively managing retail funds and labor expenses
