Motorcycle Tech support customer service
We are a leading company selling powersports vehicles online and over the phone, located at South El Monte, California. Currently we offer have an opening for a motorcycle online-telephone technician. The technician will provide technical support for customers over the phone and online and also diagnose and repair powersports vehicles in our service center.
A motorcycle technician:
1. Provide technical support for customers over the phone and via email and also diagnose and repair powersports vehicles in our service center and heavy phone calls.
2. Had experiences in maintenance, troubleshooting and warranty repairs in the Automotive, Motorcycle, ATVs or other powersports vehicles.
3. Customer Service Experience, native language - US English.
4. Strong Mechanical Aptitude. Professional Attitude.5. Work time is from 8AM-5PM, Monday to Friday.
