Massage Sway is located in Austins finest shopping center, The Domain. The membership-based spa offers nearly 3,000 square feet of massages, facials, body treatments, retail, and a serene relaxation room.
Massage Sway was founded in 2014 and has quickly established itself as a leading lifestyle brand in Austin, TX. Massage Sway currently employs roughly 35-40 team members. Nearly two years after Massage Sways opening, the founders of Massage Sway opened Organic Bronze, which is conveniently located next door to Massage Sway. Massage Sway looks forward to opening a second location in downtown Austin, during the spring of 2019. There is exponential room for growth within the company. The ideal candidate will possess the qualities listed below along with the desire to grow within the company.
We are membership based but we also see many non-members on a daily basis! We offer massage, facials and have many products in our sway boutique! There are many perks that come along with this job! If you love to work in a fast-paced spa environment and desire an opportunity to earn attractive bonuses for your hard work, we want to hear from you. You'll get set schedules for all Client Coordinators, help the GM develop and manage promotions, contribute to the team atmosphere in the spa, order merchandise and handle all inventory management; retail displays. We promote from within whenever possible, so potential career paths could include GM, DM or marketing prospects.
Position Requirements:
-Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task.
-Must excel in a sales based environment and work well under pressure.
-Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
-Must possess basic math and money handling skills.
-Must enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
-Must have excellent communication, listening and computer skills.
-Must continually advance product knowledge and sales tactics.
Qualifications Requirements:
-FRONT DESK/MULTI-LINE PHONE EXPERIENCE a MUST
-2+ years retail experience in a leadership capacity (e.g. management, shift leader, etc.)
-Familiarity with health and wellness
-Excellent organizational, problem-solving, project management and communication skills.
-Willingness to show leadership and guidance from the floor.
