The Allison Agency (www.theallisonagency.com) is seeking commission-based Sales Associates to consult with and sell MOBILE APPS and other Digital Marketing Services to local businesses in the Austin and Central Texas area and beyond.

We are looking for Sales experts who are confident at doing sales B2B and know the Austin and Central Texas area well. In addition, many markets lend themselves to nationwide prospecting.
If you are accomplished at making B2B sales and enjoy being on the cutting edge of exciting new technology, then this is the ultimate position for you.
Mobile Marketing is HOT! Businesses are clamoring to obtain their own mobile app. Apps are supplementing and even replacing websites. Business owners, coaches, and influencers are now adopting mobile apps as part of their marketing strategy. A mobile app brings great value to their business, increasing their brand visibility, customer loyalty, promotional ability, and overall interaction with their customers. We have the technology to build them (and 10+ years of experience)! It is a very appealing, easy sell, with a lucrative and rewarding commission structure.
TRAINING AND MARKETING SUPPORT PROVIDED. We provide training videos, sample phone scripts, example emails, and customizable templates for your business cards, brochures, one-sheets, etc.
LEADS PROVIDED. You name the area and market you wish to target; we will send you the leads!
Have your own leads? We will increase the percentage earned for any sales made through leads you personally bring in.
COMPENSATION:
Your earnings for all accounts gained will start at 30% commission with increases, bonuses, and residuals quickly available as you hit certain benchmarks.
This is an Outside Sales / Independent Contractor (1099) position. NOT SALARIED.
Commissions will be paid 30 days after deals are closed and money is collected from the client.
Commissions START at 30% of the product price, with periodic pay increases.
Percentages increase with sales volume.
Most products also incur monthly fees; generous residual income offered to sales reps when certain benchmarks are met.

EXAMPLE: Custom Mobile App prices range from $1,500.00. - $2,500.00 and above. We estimate you can sell 3-5 apps (and other services) per week, and even more. You can also earn residual income from ongoing Monthly Maintenance and other fees.
REQUIREMENTS:
Preferred Background, Knowledge, Tools, and Skills Required:
Minimum 2 years business-to-business (B2B) sales experience preferred
If you have not done B2B sales but are eager to learn and work hard, please reach out to schedule an interview for consideration.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, master closer and handler of objections
Self - motivated, self-starter, know how to get the deals done
Active Apple or Android smartphone or tablet is required
You must use apps and understand how they work extensively
Must have good computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office
Must be willing to spend adequate time watching training videos and reading recommended materials
