Our client is looking for a bright and ambitious Recruiting Operations Administrator. In this position you will be maintaining and updating internal workflows and documentation, and troubleshooting, training, reporting, and data management in the Applicant Tracking System.
Requirements:
3 years of recruiting operations experience
Prior experience as an Avature ATS administrator or other ATS experience
Prior experience with other ATS such as, Workday or Greenhouse is a plus
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Work remote and then onsite in Austin
5 month contract but could go longer or FTE
Client will not sponsor work visas
