Cimarron Hills Golf & Country Club, is a very busy property located between Liberty Hill and Georgetown, is searching for versatile, savvy and professional individuals to fill roles as Poolside Barkeep on the pool deck during the summer of 2020 (now through Labor Day). Opportunities for additional employment beyond closure of pool season can be reasonably be expected.
Key Responsibility:
Maintain the high service standards established by Cimarron Hills and expected by its members
Qualifications:
- one year of bar/cocktail and food server experience and/or training
- must be available to begin training by Memorial Day, preferably before
- schedule flexibility a MUST; shifts from Thursday-Sunday + holiday Monday's and July 4th
- candidates must be passionate about customer service and be uncompromising team players
- able to lift up to 20lbs. and perform in a fast paced outdoor environment
- must have excellent communication skills and be professional in appearance and demeanor
- must be able to provide safe and reliable transportation to and from work
- performs other duties as required, including potential shifts in banquet service operations
Education Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- TABC / Food Handlers Card
Position is part-time, but often around 32+ hours per week!
