Test Taker Resolution Specialist is a dynamic position that helps grade and resolve issues with students standardized tests. This position in Austin, Texas utilizes critical thinking, subject matter expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure test scores are complete, timely and accurate. This position will review and resolve student records, initiate investigations for missing material, review test day incidents and other program required functions.The Test Taker Resolution Specialist skills are utilized to perform activities such as:+ + Manual score calculations
Interpreting irregularity reports
Resolving edit errors
Hand scoring
Test material reconciliation
Test taker record maintenance
Billing account updates
The Test Taker Resolution Specialist position is accountable for metrics, deadlines, resource management and personal production.

Assignment Details:
Dates: 4/5/2019 - 6/1/2019

Shift: 8am - 4:30pm (must be flexible to work between 7am and 7pm)
Workdays: Primarily Monday - Friday, but must be available to work weekends if needed
