Adecco is currently assisting a local client, the World's Largest Search Engine, in their search to find an Online Candidate Specialist I. This is part of an exciting fast-growing project within the Search Engine. This is a temporary assignment slated for 12 months and will sit in Aus, TX. This role must sit onsite and will not be open to remote candidates. Project overview: As an Online Staffing Specialist, you will manage the first step of an applicant's process. You will be reviewing all resumes submitted by candidates through the corporate website. You will be reviewing candidates holistically and unbiasedly, identifying the best candidates based on defined criteria in accordance with hiring guidelines and policies. Your speed and accuracy are critical to ensure all applicants are carefully considered and assessed in a timely manner, contributing to an overall positive experience candidate. Not only will you be expected to manage a large number of candidates, but you will be expected to collaborate with other staffing partners to analyze pipeline trends and meet hiring demand. You will be part of a global resume review team that turns millions of dreams into thousands of jobs that build hundreds of products that impact billions of users, by advocating for candidates to maximize hiring potential. Responsibilities:

Review candidate resumes, and act accordingly based on defined criteria.

Potential for direct candidate engagement to gather more information about their skills and experiences.

Fulfill and/or exceed metric based performance expectations defined by leadership team.

Collaborate with staffing partners and hiring managers to consult on job descriptions, build pipeline, and meet hiring goals.

Focus on continuous improvement by using analytics to solve problems and produce solutions.

Propose new creative ideas or alternatives to improve workplace processes.

Requirement:

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

18 months experience in HR, staffing or a corporate environment.

1-year experience in process improvement and analytics.

G Suite experience.

Excellent communication and people skills.

Desired:

2 years of experience in HR, staffing or a corporate environment.

1 year of recruiting, sourcing/search firm experience.
