We are currently looking for a Montessori Lead Guide for our Young Children Community (Comunidad Infantil 18mo - 3yo) our Childrens House (Casa de Niños Pk3/Pk4/K) and Co- Guide for the Lower Elementary (3-6). FULL TIME OR PART TIME OPTIONS
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Education
Montessori Certification in education for the ages 0 - 3 / 3-6 and or 6 - 9
Native Spanish speaker or Native fluency is ideal - Must speak English
Native like English writing and oral skills
Willing to attend up to 25 hours of professional development per year.
Willing to develop and implement a Bilingual Curriculum
Willing to plan and create Montessori Materials
Willing to integrate different education philosophies as Waldorf, Reggio Emilia or IB curriculum
Have at least 4 years experience in a school setting within the private or public education sector
Fingerprint clearance
CPR/First Aid certification up to date
Be able to work as a team
Social Security Number and Work Permit is a must
