We’re on a search for a Business Strategy Analyst / Chief of Staff to our client's CEO to perform a multi-pronged role. This is a non-functional role with no functional title. You need to be comfortable influencing without direct management or ultimate ownership of a lot of projects you may jump in to help with. The upside of this opportunity is the chance to jump aboard a pandemic-proof rocket ship that will be expanding nationwide. As the company grows and scales with your cross functional experience the expectations is that you will be placed in a functional leadership position aligned with your experience and interest.
- Utility Player - This is the scrapping part of the job. Jumping in and leading where needed in various areas from Marketing, Customer Service, Operations to IT / Development.
- Special Projects - Launching new, greenfield products / services. Research into new areas, leading fast ramp ups and rolling out new systems and collaborating across the team to moving things along.
- KPI's - Leverages a management consulting background to develop insights into the company through data manipulation and analytics.
