Looking for a part-time (around 20 hr/week) contract person to handle apartment showings, receive maintenance calls, dispatch maintenance workers, do applicant screenings.
Needs to have his/her own car (mileage reimbursed).
Proficiency in Word and Excel required.
Hourly rate based on experience and qualification.
Knowledge of St Thomas roads/neighborhoods a plus.
