Full Job Description
Responsible for providing administrative and general clerical support to management and/or staff within assigned division/department or unit.
Job Duties
Greet and route visitors
Answer telephone, transfer calls, and take messages
Assist in managing the routine operation of the department
Assist in managing multiple departmental mailboxes
Open, date, and distribute incoming mail
Perform other duties as assigned
