St Thomas business looking for highly motivated and organized individual to manage customer and vendor accounts and manage purchase orders and inventory control.
Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
invoicing and overseeing customer accounts
collections calls and accounts receivable
accounts payable
purchase orders / receiving inventory
inventory controls
electronic filing and management
managing office supplies
scheduling / operations
Must have working experience of QuickBooks and Excel.
Must have driver's licence.
Spanish language skills an asset.
