We are an ocean-front casual fine dining/ craft cocktail bar hiring as soon as the covid-19 situation dies down and we are able to take dine in guests. We are looking for someone knowledgeable in food and beverage with motivation to push us and help the restaurant grow. We need someone to bring a positive attitude, willingness to work with others, and motivation to revitalize our beverage program. The job is essentially a bar supervisor and assistant manager. Lead bartender responsibilities-
Maintaining juice and syrup par levels
Ordering produce for juices and garnishes
Ensuring that drink quality, presentation, and flavor are being upheld consistently
Understanding inventory control; receiving orders and monitoring inventory levels
Training bar staff
Working on creating weekly drink specials
Using social media to promote the restaurant - events, specials, and in general.
Placing beverage orders
Overseeing labor and beverage cost
Working with manager to do the bartender schedule
Working with manager to hire as needed
Working with manager to order tools and equipment as needed
Floor manager on General manager's days off
