St. Thomas Restaurant Group is currently seeking a strong, experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager!
We are looking for the right candidate to uphold our company standards and philosophy, while leading by example. The qualities that will make this person successful in this role are:

- Ability to handle multiple priorities and stay focused in stressful or challenging situations
- Strong knowledge of fine dining steps of service and wine knowledge
The Assistant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in all foodservice operations including guest relations, staff development and supervision, quality control, general cleanliness and overall efficiency of Front of the House operations. The person in this role also reacts to directives from the Restaurant Manager in a professional, supportive and timely manner. Implements processes and procedures accordingly.
This is a full-time salaried position, requiring 50 hours per week, offering health insurance and a $300 monthly meal card. Must have a flexible schedule and availability to work weekends, holidays, and closing shifts.
Previous success in similar role in a fine dining establishment highly desired.
Non-local candidates must be willing and able to relocate to St. Thomas and start within a few weeks of accepting a position.
