Seven Seas is growing our team of water treatment professionals in St. Croix. We are looking for well-rounded candidates with hands-on mechanical and electrical skills, a strong technical foundation, administrative capabilities and an ability to lead an experienced operations team. Individuals with a proven history of success and a long-term desire to be on St. Croix are desired.
Experience in desalination, water treatment or wastewater treatment is a plus; however, consideration will be given to candidates with plant experience from a broad spectrum of industries and disciplines. Formal education in a technical discipline or Engineering is required. Duties will range from team management, equipment troubleshooting, equipment repairs, process troubleshooting, administering a preventative maintenance program, procurement, and maintaining inventory.
