We are looking for an UX Designer to join our growing interactive team. We are a dynamic group with tons of experience and excitement to share, and hope you are too! Our ideal candidate is capable of joining product teams and delivering stellar work that effectively balances strategy & design.
Plan and execute UX initiatives from discovery through design & prototyping
Create beautiful artifacts that support the design process such as flows, personas, and user journeys
Design wireframes, specs, and/or mock-ups that can be translated into code by a developer
Work with art directors/visual designers and interpret design direction in a functional way
Collaborate and coordinate with developers, product managers, and content strategists
Employ participatory design and workshopping techniques to collaborate with clients and team members
Experience working with agile software development teams
Experience designing for large consumer based websites and applications
Proficient in using design tools such as the Sketch, Invision, and Adobe Creative Suite
A strong portfolio of UX/UI work samples
