JOB DESCRIPTION
We are making big changes in a traditional industry and are looking for an experienced outbound phone representative to book meetings. We will provide you with the targeted contact lists. A great, entry level opportunity for a strong communicator and a capable organizer.
What You Will Be Doing as an outbound call representative:
Make 50-200 outbound calls per day, with email follow ups
Conduct initial (high level) conversations with mid-level decision makers.
Generate meetings with prospects, plus follow up; enroll new newsletter subscribers.
Schedule online demos and event attendees.
Be responsible for daily volume and monthly performance quotas.
EXPERIENCE:
Perfect English, and the work is all in English.
1+ year of experience in high volume outbound phone and email prospecting.
Proven ability to book meetings and demos.
Has kept detailed records of prospect interactions in a CRM.

Have a fearless attitude for cold calling (must be able to handle daily rejection well).
Be a strong listener and communicator who can adjust on the fly.
You are coachable and able to shift gears between different audiences.
Able to prioritize and manage time and tasks effectively.
Outbound call representative technical requirements:
Stable high-speed internet
Headset with microphone
Quiet setting
PC running Windows 10 or MacBook
Experience with Google (Sheets, Docs, Drive etc), CRM’s and VOIP.
