We are seeking a caring, dynamic person to be a part of the Integrated Care program. The integrated care project is a collaborative mental health and substance use program in partnership with the Health District, the Family Medicine Center and Salud Family Health Centers.
Part-time position (24hrs/wk) with benefits.
This position will provide service in an innovative integrated primary health care program. Will perform substance use assessments, brief interventions, referrals, and consultation to primary care and mental health treatment teams.
Required: Bilingual skills written and oral (English/Spanish). Masters degree or higher in a behavioral discipline and at least 2 years clinical experience in a behavioral health setting. Current Colorado license in a behavioral health profession, or have ability and willingness to become licensed within two years of employment. Addiction counseling certification, OR willingness to pursue training and Colorado certification in addiction counseling.
