Established Condo Project seeking 1 grounds keeping staff person for part time position.
Applicant MUST be physically fit, willing and able to work outdoors.
Able to lift and carry 80 pounds
This is an 8 am to 12 pm job, Monday through Friday.
Holidays off. NO NIGHTS on regular schedule.
YOU MUST have transportation and be able to get to work.
You MUST be available for assigned shifts.
