Working supervisor needed for new construction assisted living project located in Little Rock, AR. Must be capable of reading plans,communicating with builder, inspectors, and office to oversee job.
Other duties include overseeing crew, ordering material and verifying work is completed on time. This is a supervisory position but requires working with hand tools as needed.
Company covers travel expenses and lodging if not residing in job location.

Top Pay Possible company truck provided to right individual. Must have new construction apartment type experience, must have underground experience as well.
Willingness to travel out of state to various job site locations is a plus but not required
