To support the company's objectives as Senior Accountant, you will prepare and consolidate financial statements, analyze and reconcile accounts, analyze cash flow, produce budgets and forecasting, prepare audits, and handle internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. Successfully collaborate with business partners to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures, controls and provide support on special requests when necessary
Present Balance Sheet account reconciliations
Dedication to continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process
Assist in coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors
Coordinate Ad-hoc projects as necessary
Execute monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with GAAP
Present analysis on financial results such as trends, performance metrics, benchmarks, etc.
Produce monthly consolidated P&L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management purposes
Participate in various department-wide initiatives

Proficiency in Profit Loss
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Command of Full Cycle Accounting
Proven knowledge of general ledger
Solid understanding of QuickBooks
Month end closings experience preferred
Well-founded grasp of Balance Sheets
Must have excellent time management skills
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to exercise good judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
2+ years of overall general accounting experience
Dedication and requisite skills to meet critical business deadlines
Current and relevant ERP system experience
Self-starter and strong ethical standards
Comfortable working in a changing and dynamic environment
BA/BS in Accounting
