Michelle Chalfant is an author, podcaster, speaker, therapist, holistic life coach and developer of The Adult Chair model.
With the growth of the company, we are looking to hire a newly developed position, a Content Developer.
SUMMARY:
The Content Developer will be a part-time position with on-going projects, working 90% remotely and 10% in-person. If the right fit, this could lead to a long-term, full-time position with our company.
This person will be working directly for Michelle and the Director of Marketing & Creative.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
A few examples of upcoming projects include website copy for our newly, rebranded website (has not yet launched), evergreen content for blogs and digital bundles (well explain this later!), copyediting for workshop workbooks, video scripts, social media and so much more!
The ideal person will do more than just write copy and content, but will be passionate about what we do and excited to come to the table during our strategy sessions with ideas that can take us to the next level!
This ideal person will also:
Be able to produce engaging, compelling and converting digital copy, reflecting the brand voice and strategic marketing objectives
Be creative, self-motivated, organized and possesses strong self-editing skills
Perform keyword research based on objectives and SEO best practices
Brainstorm and facilitate the creation of evergreen content for blogs, digital bundles, videos and more
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be located in the Greater Nashville area or moving to the Greater Nashville area in the very near future
Excellent speaking and writing skills
Personable and a go-getter/takes initiative/self-starter; someone that really takes ownership in who they are and what they do
Must be highly skilled in content development, copywriting specifically in web/digital, copyediting and SEO
Must have a strong understanding of marketing strategy and user experience
Experience in G-Suite, Yoast and WordPress
Experience in the self-help industry or with an influencer, a plus.
